RECOMMENDATIONS
Cucumber, my favourite herb featured severally in the plan because it is very low in calorie and helps wipe the kidney clean. I advise you have it in between every meal, if you really need a very flat tummy. It makes our “Lose weight while you sleep” combo so ‘zingi’👌
If you feel very weak, snack of high fructose fruits pear, water melon, pineapple etc.
Note that the plan may reduce your sugar level, ensure this does not contraindicate with any prescription drugs. You may have to reduce intake of the medication/teas as the case might be.
For those on cholesterol and anti hypertensive medication, the plan may reduce your readings too.
Ensure to check and record your blood sugar and BP readings, so they don’t drop beyond necessary.
Continue to excercise at least 4 X a week and don’t forget that portion control is key.
Cheating is not allowed and so self control and discipline is key.
Always eat at the right time and do not force yourself to eat, if you are not hungry.
